Terms of Service and Refund/Exchange Policy
Thank you for your Crude Coffee purchase. We hope you are happy with your selections. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange. See below for more information on our policy.
RETURNS:
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@crudecoffeeinc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RAM) number. After receiving the RAM please place securely in its original shipping container and mail to:

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your return or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. If a coupon or discount code was used in the purchase, the refund will be for the paid purchase price.
EXCEPTIONS:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Open coffee packages cannot be returned or exchanged. All coffee items must be in the original condition and packaging to be refunded or exchanged.
For defective or damaged products please contact customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.
NOTE: All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
